Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates and rates are not guaranteed, but if stated, are based upon the best information available on the item and location. All custom orders are estimated to ship between 6 and 10 weeks. If more than one visit is necessary to compete a delivery an additional fee equal to the original delivery charge may be added. If the delivery date needs to be rescheduled by Domus Outdoor or its customer, 7 days notice should be given to prevent additional charges. Upon cancellation of order after a delivery has been attempted the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Upon placing order, a confirmation email will be emailed to your email address on file. If you are having trouble checking your order please contact Domus Outdoor.
Domus Outdoor inspects all items upon receipt from factory and will take immediate steps to order a replacement item if an item arrives damaged. All damage claims occurring from a Domus Outdoor delivery must be reported upon receipt, to delivery personnel immediately and DELIVERY REFUSED. Domus Outdoor will handle any communication with the shipping provider directly regarding any potential claims and or problems arising from shipping; thus, there is no need to purchase shipping insurance on your items.
Shipping and Processing fees

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.
Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Domus Outdoor will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

INSPECT THE SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY, as all damage claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. In the event an item arrives broken, please keep the item and all packaging materials in its original carton with the shipping label. You must note "DAMAGED" on the freight slip in writing and DELIVERY REFUSED. (Please contact shipping provider directly regarding any potential claims and or problems arising from shipping)
